02 concerning House Bill No. 23, creating the Knik Crossing Development Corporation as a                                   
03 subsidiary corporation of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation and relating to bonds of                               
04 the Knik Crossing Development Corporation.

06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
07      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 23, creating the                       
10 Knik Crossing Development Corporation as a subsidiary corporation of the Alaska Housing                                 
11 Finance Corporation and relating to bonds of the Knik Crossing Development Corporation.
