01 "An Act relating to the award of attorney fees and costs in civil actions or appeals in                                 
02 cases involving public interest litigants; relating to the posting of bonds or other security                           
03 by public interest litigants; and relating to award of attorney fees and costs in cases                                 
04 involving enforcement of constitutional rights."                                                                        
05 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
06    * Section 1. Section 1, ch. 86, SLA 2003, is repealed.                                                             
07    * Sec. 2. AS 09.60.010(b), 09.60.010(c), 09.60.010(d), 09.60.010(e); and AS 09.68.040(c)                           
08 are repealed.
