01 "An Act relating to a defense to the crime of prostitution for victims of sex trafficking."                             
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 11.66.100 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                           
04            (e)  In a prosecution under (a)(1) of this section, it is an affirmative defense                             
05       that, at the time of the alleged offense, the defendant was induced or caused to engage                           
06       in prostitution by a person who was, in relation to the defendant, engaged in conduct                             
07       proscribed under AS 11.66.110 - 11.66.135.
