01 "An Act relating to golf course alcoholic beverage licenses."                                                           
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 04.11.115(a) is amended to read:                                                                   
04            (a)  A golf course license authorizes the licensee to sell or serve alcoholic                            
05       beverages [BEER AND WINE] on licensed premises located on a golf course.                                      
06    * Sec. 2. AS 04.11.115(d) is amended to read:                                                                      
07            (d)  Food similar to that listed in the sample menu must be available during                                 
08       times when alcoholic beverages [BEER AND WINE] are sold, served, and consumed                                 
09       on the licensed premises.                                                                                         
10    * Sec. 3. AS 04.16.049(a) is amended to read:                                                                      
11            (a)  A person under the age of 21 years may not knowingly enter or remain in                                 
12       premises licensed under this title unless                                                                         
13                 (1)  accompanied by a parent, guardian, or spouse who has attained the                                  
14       age of 21 years;                                                                                                  
15                 (2)  the person is at least 16 years of age, the premises are designated                                
01       by the board as a restaurant for the purposes of this section, and the person enters and                          
02       remains only for dining; [OR]                                                                                     
03                 (3)  the person is under the age of 16 years, is accompanied by a person                                
04       over the age of 21 years, the parent or guardian of the underage [UNDERAGED]                                  
05       person consents, the premises are designated by the board as a restaurant for the                                 
06       purposes of this section, and the person enters and remains only for dining; or                               
07                 (4)  the premises are licensed under AS 04.11.115, the person enters                                
08       and remains on the licensed premises only for dining or golfing, and                                          
09                      (A)  the person is at least 16 years of age; or                                                
10                      (B)  the person is under the age of 16 years, is accompanied                                   
11            by a person over the age of 21 years, and the parent or guardian of the                                  
12            underage person consents.                                                                                
13    * Sec. 4. AS 04.16.060(e) is amended to read:                                                                      
14            (e)  A person under the age of 21 who is seeking to enter and remain in a                                    
15       licensed premises under AS 04.16.049(a)(2) - (4) [AS 04.16.049(a)(2) OR (3)] may                              
16       not misrepresent the person's age or having obtained the consent of the parent or                                 
17       guardian required by that section.                                                                                
18    * Sec. 5. AS 04.11.115(b)(2) is repealed.
