03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
05            Sec. 35.40.235. Spc. Stephen "Max" Cavanaugh, Jr., Memorial Overpass.                                      
06       The Dowling Road overpass at milepost 123.7 on the New Seward Highway is named                                    
07       the Spc. Stephen "Max" Cavanaugh, Jr., Memorial Overpass.
