01 "An Act designating the official state firearm."                                                                        
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Sec. 1. AS 44.09 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                     
04            Sec. 44.09.150. State firearm. The pre-1964 Winchester Model 70 .30-06                                     
05       caliber rifle is the official state firearm.
