01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                            
02 concerning Senate Bill No. 25, establishing the sustainable energy transmission and supply                              
03 development program in the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; relating to                              
04 the interest rates of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; and relating to                           
05 taxes paid on interests in property owned by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export                               
06 Authority and to the local contribution for public education funding related to that property.

08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
09      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 25, establishing                      
12 the sustainable energy transmission and supply development program in the Alaska Industrial                             
13 Development and Export Authority; relating to the interest rates of the Alaska Industrial                               
14 Development and Export Authority; and relating to taxes paid on interests in property owned                             
15 by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority and to the local contribution for                             
16 public education funding related to that property.
