01 "An Act naming the Ketchikan ferry terminal the Walter L. Kubley Ferry Terminal."                                       
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 34.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
04            Sec. 35.40.235. Walter L. Kubley Ferry Terminal. The Ketchikan ferry                                       
05       terminal is named the Walter L. Kubley Ferry Terminal.
