01 "An Act making a special appropriation to the community quota entity revolving loan                                     
02 fund; and providing for an effective date."                                                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The sum of $45,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the                                   
05 community quota entity revolving loan fund (AS 16.10.345).                                                              
06    * Sec. 2. CONTINGENCY. The appropriation made in sec. 1 of this Act is contingent on                               
07 passage by the Twenty-Seventh Alaska State Legislature in the First Regular Session and                                 
08 enactment into law of a bill creating the community quota entity revolving loan fund.                                   
09    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
