01 "An Act designating a portion of Minnesota Drive in Anchorage the Walter J. Hickel                                      
02 Expressway."                                                                                                            
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
05            Sec. 35.40.235. Walter J. Hickel Expressway. The portion of Minnesota                                      
06       Drive in Anchorage from 15th Avenue to the New Seward Highway is concurrently                                     
07       designated the Walter J. Hickel Expressway.
