01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                            
02 concerning House Bill No. 101, exempting the full value of life insurance and annuity                                   
03 contracts from levy to satisfy a debt, and amending the description of earnings, income, cash,                          
04 and other assets relating to garnishment of life insurance proceeds payable upon the death of                           
05 an insured.

07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
08      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 101, exempting                         
11 the full value of life insurance and annuity contracts from levy to satisfy a debt, and amending                        
12 the description of earnings, income, cash, and other assets relating to garnishment of life                             
13 insurance proceeds payable upon the death of an insured.
