01 "An Act relating to meetings of the Board of Fisheries."                                                                
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section                          
04 to read:                                                                                                                
05       REPORT. The Board of Fisheries shall submit a report to the legislature not later than                            
06 January 31, 2010, that includes the following the information:                                                          
07            (1)  a recommendation as to whether the interval between meeting dates for the                               
08 board should be expanded; and                                                                                           
09            (2)  an evaluation and possible recommendations for whether the board needs                                  
10 to develop a policy regarding proposals offered that are repetitive.
