01 Repealing certain provisions relating to modifying the factors that apply to calculate the                              
02 amount of power cost equalization; providing for an effective date by repealing the effective                           
03 date of sec. 3, ch. 2, 4SSLA 2008; and providing for an effective date.

05    * Section 1. Section 3, ch. 2, 4SSLA 2008, is repealed.                                                            
06    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
07 read:                                                                                                                   
08       RETROACTIVITY. If, under AS 01.10.070(c), this Act takes effect on or after                                       
09 June 30, 2009, this Act is retroactive to June 29, 2009.                                                                
10    * Sec. 3. Section 11, ch. 2, 4SSLA 2008, is repealed.                                                              
11    * Sec. 4. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
