01 "An Act providing for an effective date by delaying the effective date of the change of                                 
02 coverage of adult dental services under Medicaid; and providing for an effective date."                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. Section 5, ch. 52, SLA 2006, is amended to read:                                                      
05            Sec. 5. AS 47.07.067, as added in sec. 2 of this Act, is repealed June 30, 2014                        
06       [2009].                                                                                                           
07    * Sec. 2. Section 7, ch. 52, SLA 2006, is amended to read:                                                         
08            Sec. 7. Section 3 of this Act takes effect July 1, 2014 [2009].                                        
09    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
