01 "An Act repealing certain provisions relating to modifying the factors that apply to                                    
02 calculate the amount of power cost equalization; providing for an effective date by                                     
03 repealing the effective date of sec. 3, ch. 2, 4SSLA 2008; and providing for an effective                               
04 date."                                                                                                                  
05 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
06    * Section 1. Section 3, ch. 2, 4SSLA 2008, is repealed.                                                            
07    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
08 read:                                                                                                                   
09       RETROACTIVITY. If, under AS 01.10.070(c), this Act takes effect on or after                                       
10 June 30, 2009, this Act is retroactive to June 29, 2009.                                                                
11    * Sec. 3. Section 11, ch. 2, 4SSLA 2008, is repealed.                                                              
12    * Sec. 4. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
