02 concerning House Bill No. 65, relating to breaches of security involving personal information,                          
03 credit report and credit score security freezes, protection of social security numbers, care of                         
04 records, disposal of records, identity theft, credit cards, and debit cards, and to the jurisdiction                    
05 of the office of administrative hearings; and amending Rules 60 and 82, Alaska Rules of Civil

08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
09      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 65, relating to                        
12 breaches of security involving personal information, credit report and credit score security                            
13 freezes, protection of social security numbers, care of records, disposal of records, identity                          
14 theft, credit cards, and debit cards, and to the jurisdiction of the office of administrative                           
15 hearings; and amending Rules 60 and 82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure.
