01 "An Act relating to criminal use of the Internet."                                                                      
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 11.61 is amended by adding a new section to article 1 to read:                                     
04            Sec. 11.61.170. Criminal use of the Internet. (a) A person commits the crime                               
05       of criminal use of the Internet if the person sends or receives information over the                              
06       Internet with the intent to commit a crime under this title.                                                      
07            (b)  Criminal use of the Internet is a class A misdemeanor.
