01 "An Act repealing the termination date of the vessel permit system for the Bering Sea                                   
02 hair crab fishery and the weathervane scallop fishery; and providing for an effective                                   
03 date."                                                                                                                  
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. Sections 5, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 27, and 28, ch. 137, SLA 2002, are                            
06 repealed.                                                                                                               
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
