01 "An Act relating to an aggravating factor at sentencing for certain crimes directed                                     
02 against an individual but intended to intimidate or terrorize a larger group."                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 12.55.155(c) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                         
05                 (33)  the defendant directed the conduct constituting the offense at an                                 
06       individual because of the individual's actual or perceived membership or association                              
07       in, or characteristics as a member of, a larger group of persons with the intent to                               
08       intimidate or terrorize the larger group of persons or persons with similar                                       
09       memberships, associations, or characteristics.
