01 "An Act repealing the limits on grants awarded from the Alaska children's trust fund."                                  
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 37.14.250(d) is repealed.                                                                         
04    * Sec. 2.  The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                         
05 read:                                                                                                                   
06       APPLICABILITY.  Section 1 of this Act applies to grants awarded on or after the                                   
07 effective date of this Act.
