01 "An Act repealing the ban on the use of certain off-road vehicles within five miles of the                              
02 right-of-way of the James Dalton Highway; and providing for an effective date."                                         
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 19.40.210 is repealed.                                                                            
05    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect on the first anniversary of the date on which this Act                            
06 becomes law.
