01 "An Act designating the Juneau Hunter Education Facility as the Ron Somerville                                          
02 Hunter Education Facility."                                                                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
05            Sec. 35.40.205. Ron Somerville Hunter Education Facility. The Juneau                                       
06       Hunter Education Facility, located at 5670 Montana Creek Road, and owned by the                                   
07       Department of Fish and Game, is designated the Ron Somerville Hunter Education                                    
08       Facility.
