01 "An Act relating to consent for medical and dental services, including bone marrow                                      
02 donation, for a minor."                                                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 25.20.025 is amended by adding new subsections to read:                                            
05            (d)  Except as otherwise provided in (a) - (c) of this section, a parent or legal                            
06       guardian of a minor may give consent for medical and dental services for the minor.                               
07            (e)  In this section, "medical services" includes bone marrow donation.
