01 "An Act naming the Ruth Burnett Sport Fish Hatchery in Fairbanks."                                                      
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
04            Sec. 35.40.195.  Ruth Burnett Sport Fish Hatchery.  The sport fish hatchery                                
05       to be built in Fairbanks shall be named the Ruth Burnett Sport Fish Hatchery.
