01 "An Act relating to the annual salary of the chief procurement officer; and providing                                   
02 for an effective date."                                                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 36.30.010(d) is amended to read:                                                                  
05            (d)  The annual salary of the chief procurement officer is range 24 [23] of the                          
06       salary schedule established in AS 39.27.011.                                                                      
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
