01 "An Act making an appropriation for design and construction of a senior housing                                         
02 project in Sterling; and providing for an effective date."                                                              
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  STERLING SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT.  The sum of $1,500,000 is                                         
05 appropriated from the corporate receipts of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to the                               
06 Alaska Housing Finance Corporation for design and construction of a 10-unit senior housing                              
07 project in Sterling.                                                                                                    
08    * Sec. 2.  The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under                            
09 AS 37.25.020.                                                                                                           
10    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2003.
