00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 177, placing certain special interest organizations                              
03 within the definition of "group" for purposes of Alaska's campaign finance statutes; and                                
04 requiring disclosure of the true source of campaign contributions.                                                      
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 177, placing                           
09 certain special interest organizations within the definition of "group" for purposes of Alaska's                        
10 campaign finance statutes; and requiring disclosure of the true source of campaign                                      
11 contributions.
