01 "An Act making a special appropriation for studies for the northern access into Denali                                  
02 National Park and Preserve; and providing for an effective date."                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $264,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department                          
05 of Transportation and Public Facilities for an environmental analysis and other necessary                               
06 studies for the northern access into Denali National Park and Preserve.                                                 
07    * Sec. 2.  The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under                            
08 AS 37.25.020.                                                                                                           
09    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
