01 "An Act relating to motor vehicle insurance rates."                                                                     
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 21.36 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
04            Sec. 21.36.307.  Personal automobile insurance rates.  In determining the                                  
05       premium charged for a personal automobile insurance policy, an insurer may not                                    
06       consider the credit rating of the person insured.
