01 "An Act relating to terroristic threatening."                                                                           
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 11.56.810(a) is amended to read:                                                                  
04            (a)  A person commits the crime of terroristic threatening if the person                                     
05       knowingly                                                                                                         
06                 (1)  makes a false report that a circumstance dangerous to human life                               
07       exists or is about to exist and                                                                                   
08                      (A) [(1)]  places a person in fear of physical injury to any                                   
09            person;                                                                                                      
10                      (B) [(2)]  causes evacuation of a public area, public                                      
11            conveyance, or building; [OR]                                                                            
12                      (C) [(3)]  causes serious public inconvenience; or                                         
13                      (D)  disrupts the schedule of an entity providing                                              
14            transportation services to the public;                                                                   
15                 (2)  threatens a person actually engaged in providing                                               
01       transportation services or transportation support services with physical injury                               
02       regardless of whether the person                                                                              
03                      (A)  making the threat had the ability to carry out the threat                                 
04            or intended to carry out the threat; and                                                                 
05                      (B)  threatened actually was placed in fear of physical                                        
06            injury.
