01 "An Act relating to the permit fee for the personal use dip net fisheries for the Kenai                                 
02 River and the Kasilof River; and providing for an effective date."                                                      
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 16.05.340(a) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                        
05                 (25)  Personal use dip net fishing permit for the Kenai River and the                                   
06       Kasilof River.....................................................................................................
07    * Sec. 2.  AS 37.05.146(b)(4) is amended by adding a new subparagraph to read:                                     
08                      (XX)  receipts of the Department of Fish and Game from                                             
09            personal use dip net fishing permits under AS 16.05.340(a)(25);                                              
10    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
