01 "An Act establishing the permit fee for the personal use dip net fisheries for the Kenai                                
02 River and the Kasilof River; and providing for an effective date."                                                      
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 16.05.340(a) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                        
05                 (25)  Personal use dip net fishing permit for                                                           
06                      (A)  the Kenai River.............................................................$10               
07                      (B)  the Kasilof River............................................................10.              
08    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
