00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State 02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 335, relating to information contained in 03 retirement system records; relating to retirement boards; relating to procedures 04 and hearings under state retirement systems; relating to benefits for reemployed 05 retired members of retirement systems; relating to eligibility for normal 06 retirement for members of the teachers' retirement system who have Alaska BIA 07 credited service; relating to disability benefits for members of state retirement 08 systems; relating to deduction of premiums from retirement benefits; relating to 09 protection of, and assignment and transfer of, amounts held in retirement 10 systems; relating to retirement benefits for certain employees earning high 11 salaries; relating to qualified domestic relations orders in state retirement 12 systems; relating to the definition of "retirement fund" in the teachers' 13 retirement system; relating to membership of state employees in the teachers' 14 retirement system; relating to refund of contributions made to the judicial 01 retirement system or to the former elected public officers retirement system and 02 repayment of refunded contributions in those systems; relating to self-insurance 03 and excess loss insurance for persons receiving benefits from a state retirement 04 system; relating to participation of elected officials in the public employees' 05 retirement system; relating to the level income option benefit under the public 06 employees' retirement system; relating to participation of employees of political 07 subdivisions and public organizations in the public employees' retirement system; 08 relating to crimes for defrauding a state retirement system; relating to the 09 definition of "pension fund" in the public employees' retirement system; relating 10 to calculation of years of service and of benefits under the public employees' 11 retirement system for noncertificated employees of certain educational employers; 12 and relating to individual accounts maintained for members of the former 13 elected public officers retirement system. 14 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 15 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of 16 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding 17 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 335, relating 18 to retirement boards; relating to procedures and hearings under state retirement systems; 19 relating to benefits for reemployed retired members of retirement systems; relating to 20 eligibility for normal retirement for members of the teachers' retirement system who have 21 Alaska BIA credited service; relating to disability benefits for members of state retirement 22 systems; relating to deduction of premiums from retirement benefits; relating to protection of, 23 and assignment and transfer of, amounts held in retirement systems; relating to retirement 24 benefits for certain employees earning high salaries; relating to qualified domestic relations 25 orders in state retirement systems; relating to the definition of "retirement fund" in the 26 teachers' retirement system; relating to membership of state employees in the teachers' 27 retirement system; relating to refund of contributions made to the judicial retirement system 28 or to the former elected public officers retirement system and repayment of refunded 29 contributions in those systems; relating to self-insurance and excess loss insurance for persons 30 receiving benefits from a state retirement system; relating to participation of elected officials 31 in the public employees' retirement system; relating to the level income option benefit under 01 the public employees' retirement system; relating to participation of employees of political 02 subdivisions and public organizations in the public employees' retirement system; relating to 03 crimes for defrauding a state retirement system; relating to the definition of "pension fund" 04 in the public employees' retirement system; relating to calculation of years of service and of 05 benefits under the public employees' retirement system for noncertificated employees of 06 certain educational employers; and relating to individual accounts maintained for members of 07 the former elected public officers retirement system.
