00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1                                                                                    
01 Suspending provisions of Rule 1(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                                      
02 relating to proportional minority membership on standing committees as it applies                                       
03 to the Senate Finance Committee during the Twenty-First Alaska State Legislature.                                       
04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                              
05  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                           
06 provisions of Rule 1(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding proportional                          
07 minority membership on each standing committee are suspended to the extent they apply to                                
08 the Senate Finance Committee; and be it                                                                                 
09  FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution applies only during the Twenty-First                                           
10 Alaska State Legislature.
