01 "An Act amending the definition of 'personal injury' for awards by the Violent                                          
02 Crimes Compensation Board to include emotional harm."                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 18.67.180(3) is amended to read:                                                                  
05   (3)  "personal injury"  includes  [MEANS] actual bodily harm  and                                                 
06 emotional harm ;
