01 "An Act naming the Terry Miller Building."                                                                              
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
03    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
04  Sec. 35.40.120.  Terry Miller Building.  The building in Juneau known as                                            
05 Capital School is named the Terry Miller Building.
