00 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27                                                                                    
01 Suspending, concerning Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 1, the provision of                                             
02 Uniform Rule 35 preventing an amendment with a subject different from that                                              
03 under consideration from being admitted.                                                                                
04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                              
05  That, under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                          
06 provision of Rule 35 preventing an amendment with a subject different from the subject under                            
07 consideration from being admitted is suspended in consideration of Senate Concurrent                                    
08 Resolution No. 1, suspending provisions of Rule 1(e).
