00 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7                                                                                     
01 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                                                
02 Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 99, relating to the decennial census of                                          
03 the United States and prohibiting the use of estimates or adjusted census figures                                       
04 in redistricting.                                                                                                       
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                              
06  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                           
07 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules, regarding changes to the                          
08 title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 99, relating to the decennial                        
09 census of the United States and prohibiting the use of estimates or adjusted census figures in                          
10 redistricting.
