01 "An Act eliminating a requirement that a social security number be provided by                                          
02 an applicant for a hunting or sport fishing license or tag; and providing for an                                        
03 effective date."                                                                                                        
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05    * Section 1.  AS 16.05.330(e) is repealed.                                                                         
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect January 1, 2001.
