01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Pharmacy to June 30,                                             
02 2005; and providing for an effective date."                                                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  AS 08.03.010(c)(15) is amended to read:                                                              
05   (15)  Board of Pharmacy (AS 08.80.010) -- June 30,  2005  [1999];                                                  
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
