00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 33                                                                                     
01 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                                                
02 Legislature concerning House Joint Resolution No. 20, relating to unfunded federal                                      
03 mandates and the Conference of the States.                                                                              
04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                           
06 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules, regarding changes to the                          
07 title of a resolution, are suspended in consideration of House Joint Resolution No. 20, relating                        
08 to unfunded federal mandates and the Conference of the States, so that the title, as changed,                           
09 may read:  "Urging the Congress of the United States to pass S. 1629, the Tenth Amendment                               
10 Enforcement Act of 1996."
