00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21                                                                                     
01 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                                                
02 Legislature concerning House Bill No. 292, relating to searches by peace officers                                       
03 who enforce fish and game laws, to false statements and omissions in regard to                                          
04 application for fish and game licenses, tags, and permits, and to nonresident                                           
05 hunters.                                                                                                                
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                           
08 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules, regarding changes to the                          
09 title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 292, relating to searches by                          
10 peace officers who enforce fish and game laws, to false statements and omissions in regard                              
11 to application for fish and game licenses, tags, and permits, and to nonresident hunters.
