01 "An Act naming the Bette Cato Bridge in Valdez."                                                                        
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                   
04  Sec. 35.40.095.  BETTE CATO BRIDGE.  The bridge over Mineral Creek on                                                 
05 West Egan Drive in Valdez is named Bette Cato Bridge.
