01 "An Act placing certain persons employed in response to a disaster in the exempt

03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 39.25.110 is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                             
05   (30)  persons employed by the Department of Military and Veterans'                                                   
06 Affairs in response to a declared disaster.
