00 HOUSE BILL NO. 300 01 "An Act making appropriations for the monetary terms of the collective 02 bargaining agreement with Public Employees Local 71, Labor, Trades and Crafts 03 Unit; and providing for an effective date." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. The sum of $24,034 is appropriated from the general fund to the Alaska 06 marine highway system fund (AS 19.65.060). 07 * Sec. 2. The sum of $24,034 is appropriated from the Alaska marine highway system 08 fund (AS 19.65.060) to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, marine 09 highway system, to satisfy the monetary terms, relating to employees of the marine highway 10 system, of the collective bargaining agreement between the state and Public Employees Local 11 71 (AFL-CIO), Labor, Trades and Crafts Unit, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996. 12 * Sec. 3. The sum of $220,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department 18 of Administration for payment to the Public Employees Local 71, Labor, Trades and Crafts 19 Unit health insurance trust to satisfy the monetary terms of the collective bargaining agreement 20 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996. 21 * Sec. 5. This Act takes effect July 1, 1995.
