01 "An Act authorizing the commissioner of fish and game to establish free sport                                           
02 fishing days."                                                                                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 16.05.400 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                            
05  (c)  The commissioner may, by regulation, designate not more than two days                                            
06 each year on which a person, whether a resident or nonresident, may engage in sport                                     
07 fishing without having obtained a sport fishing license or an anadromous king salmon                                    
08 tag.
