00 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21                                                                                     
01 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                                                
02 Legislature concerning House Bill No. 505, making appropriations.                                                       
03 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                           
05 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules, regarding changes to the                          
06 title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 505, so that the title is "An                         
07 Act making appropriations to the constitutional budget reserve fund established under art. IX,                          
08 sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska; making an appropriation to the Department of                              
09 Education for support of kindergarten, primary, and secondary education and community                                   
10 schools programs for school construction debt retirement; and making appropriations from the                            
11 constitutional budget reserve fund under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of                              
12 Alaska; and providing for an effective date."
