01 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                                                
02 Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 106, relating to energy projects, programs,                                      
03 and funds.                                                                                                              
04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                           
06 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules, regarding changes to the                          
07 title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 106, to permit the title to read:                    
08 "An Act relating to and transferring powers and duties of the Alaska Energy Authority;                                  
09 authorizing certain power transmission interties; relating to funding of the design and                                 
10 construction of certain power transmission interties; relating to the funding for certain                               
11 plants or facilities for energy resources; relating to the power cost equalization program;                             
12 relating to an energy-related capital improvement fund; relating to the Railbelt energy                                 
13 fund; relating to rate setting for utilities that use certain power transmission interties;                             
14 and permitting utilities to form joint action agencies."
