00 SENATE BILL NO. 41                                                                                                      
01 "An Act making appropriations to the Department of Community and Regional                                               
02 Affairs for organization grants for a borough located in the area of Yakutat; and                                       
03 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  The sum of $300,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department                            
06 of Community and Regional Affairs for deposit in the organization grant fund established in                             
07 AS 29.05.200 for a first-year organization grant under AS 29.05.190(a) to the home rule                                 
08 borough located in the area of Yakutat.                                                                                 
09    * Sec. 2.  The sum of $200,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department                               
10 of Community and Regional Affairs for deposit in the organization grant fund established in                             
11 AS 29.05.200 for a second-year organization grant under AS 29.05.190(a) to the home rule                                
12 borough located in the area of Yakutat.                                                                                 
13    * Sec. 3.  Section 1 of this Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).                                     
14    * Sec. 4.  Section 2 of this Act takes effect July 1, 1993.
