01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Pharmacy; and providing                                          
02 for an effective date."                                                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 08.03.010(c)(20) is amended to read:                                                                
05   (20)  Board of Pharmacy (AS 08.80.010) - June 30, 1999 [1993];                                                     
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect June 30, 1994.
